Kurt and Lisa escaped off farm for an afternoon this month to pop in and see Sam and Lou Vollebregt up the road in Kahutara at the honey processing unit.

There’s nothing quite like seeing the honey that came from your farm go through the plant and into the pottles.
Sam outlined the process from the combs coming into the unit, right through to the end product, an amazing sequence of events.
