Palliser Ridge is proud to bring you our free-range and naturally produced prime lamb. Our lambs are grown on the hills overlooking Palliser Bay on the East Coast of New Zealand's North Island, where they feed on grass and herb forages. Our lambs are born here in Pirinoa, and reared on Palliser Ridge until they are hand-selected to head off to Cabernet Foods Wairarapa for processing. Cabernet are our MPI accredited partner in processing, a family owned local business helping us maintain the credibility and traceabllity of our lamb product. The lamb carcass is then delivered to Gavin Green and the team at Greytown Butchery, ready to become one of your favorite cuts. Not only do Gav and the team prepare a large selection of fresh Palliser Ridge Lamb for their cabinets ready for walk in customers, they also supply a number of food establishments who choose to cook with our prime product.
